Commonwealth Home Support Programme
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme helps eligible older Australians access entry-level support to remain living independently in their own homes and communities.
Support at Home
The Support at Home program provides a broader framework for ongoing home care and support for eligible older Australians, with services tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
Eligibility, funding and available services are determined under the relevant Australian Government program.

Working With Your Existing Supports

THCS works collaboratively with other providers where appropriate to help coordinate services and reduce unnecessary duplication.
For clients also receiving DVA Community Nursing, the DVA Community Nursing service remains focused on clinically necessary nursing and personal care, while other eligible home support needs may be addressed through the appropriate government-funded program.
