At Tenma Health Care Services, our mission is to provide support of the highest standard, that promotes independence, dignity, and choice. We support participants with their daily care needs and tailor our services to meet routines, needs and preferences. The support we provide ranges from simple, practical support with everyday tasks such as cooking, housework, shopping, laundry, paying bills and administrative tasks, through to assistance with personal care including:
Showering and personal hygiene
Dressing and grooming
Toileting and incontinence
Meal preparation
Assistance with eating and drinking
Assistance with mobility and walking
Medication management
Higher-level clinical or nursing support
We individually design and prepare a plan in cooperation with the participant to take account of their needs, goals, and aspirations. We carefully match our staff with our participants as it is our aim to provide caring staff who are companions as well as care professionals.
